TX-2191A Precision box glue

Taixin TX -2191 series is a new type of water-based environmental protection adhesive, whose main component is modified acrylate lotion. It has the advantages of strong adhesion and rapid curing, using water as a solvent, non-toxic and pollution-free, and complying with international environmental standards (tested according to SGS EU 155 standards). It has good adhesion to aluminum film, special paper, etc.,

and forms various precision boxes without brittleness, deformation, mold, or bubbles. No need for heating, especially suitable for efficient production such as fast machine gluing boxes (automatic production lines).

Product applicability:

 Manufacturing of various photo albums, hardcover book covers, and high-end gift boxes. Low adhesive usage, fast curing, and non winding of colored paper. Especially for difficult to stick paper materials (such as aluminum coating, oil coating, special paper, etc.), it has good adhesion.

A semi-automatic and fully automatic box making machine suitable for high-speed mechanized operations, without the need for heating.

Suggested usage method:

This product is suitable for mechanized construction or manual gluing, and can be used directly without adding water. Stir well before use, making sure to keep the glue still in a warm and moist state. The longer the drying time, the better. Customers can experiment based on their own experience to find the best

usage method.

Notes:
(1) This product must not be mixed with other adhesives, otherwise it may cause product quality problems.
(2) After removing the adhesive, it should be sealed in a timely manner to avoid drying and scaling, which may affect its use.
(3) Please observe whether the bonding effect is perfect after 8 hours of dry adhesive.
(4) This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, with a suitable storage and use temperature of

5-30⁰C, avoiding direct sunlight. Pay attention to antifreeze in winter, and the shelf life is six months.
(5) Packaging specifications: 20KG/50KG plastic drum. During transportation, handle with care and avoid heavy pressure.
