TX-2088 Diamond Glue

TX-2088 Diamond Adhesive is a newly developed environmentally friendly special pressure-sensitive adhesive, mainly suitable for persistent and repeated pasting of decorative items (such as artificial diamonds and other jewelry pasting processes) into patterns or paintings. Made with the latest environmentally friendly materials and advanced processes, it has excellent initial adhesion and holding strength, and has a wide adaptability to materials such as plastic and BOPP film, with excellent adhesion.
1、 Main technical indicators:
(1) Appearance: Milky white or light yellow viscous liquid;
(2) Solid content: 58 ± 1%;
(3) PH value: 4.5-6.5;
(4) Viscosity: 25000 to 30000 Mpas;
(5) Initial adhesion (ball size):>22 # (PVC cloth);
(6) Adhesive strength (min):>188 (PVC cloth).
2、 Applicability: Widely used for pasting artificial diamonds, plastics and other decorative items into handicraft patterns or color paintings.
3、 Features:
(1) Excellent initial adhesion and holding strength (better than the initial adhesion of the Japanese sample, with comparable holding strength)
(2) Can be reused for a long time or repeatedly used (for pasting), with good low temperature resistance;
(3) Does not contain solvents, has a low odor, and meets environmental requirements.
4、 Applicable methods and precautions:
(1) Hand applied glue or screened mesh glue. After applying adhesive, dry it or let it cool naturally. Immediately cover it with anti stick paper to prevent contamination and affect its adhesion;
(2) It is best to stir evenly before use; After use, the remaining adhesive should be sealed properly;
(3) Do not mix with other adhesives to avoid affecting the quality and effectiveness of the adhesive.
